A custom built laminating machine working on Vacuum Infusion Technology which helps to produce very high quality test laminate samples. SCADA software and Scanner helps to control all parameters like 08 heating (zone-wise), air bubbles, resin flow & dispersion, thickness and strength of the specimen laminate. The open possibility to test the laminate at independent test Institutes help customers certify the products to their requirements.
Facilities to test the linear density (tex), moisture content & loss on ignition (LOI) of Glass fiber roving as well as mass of the product (gsm), moisture content & loss on ignition (LOI) for Glass fabrics are available in-house.
